With no offence to anyone, I have found in my journey of life, that there are basically following types of astrologers:

1. One who know nothing about astrology, but just fool people with malefic planets like Rahu - Ketu, Saturn and Mars.
2. Those who know astrology, but become stone sellers and earn commissions from it.
3. Those who know astrology, but use it to manipulate things in their favor.
4. Those who are selflessly doing public service by giving their knowledge freely to one and all with full devotion and do not cheat people.

As Shree KSK had said in his Reader-2 Page-54- “God will always be alert and will be giving wonderful guidance to the astrologer to predict correctly, if those who consult him would have satisfactorily done virtuous deeds in the previous birth. Only those who had committed serious sins in the last birth will be disappointed in this birth in every walk of life. Even able astrologers will have misguiding facts, which they have to use as the basis, so that their calculation will go wrong and their prediction will fail. Probably the chart given to the astrologer may be casted by a quack and may be incorrect. Or the unluckiest querist would have mentioned 16. The astrologer would have misheard it as 60, worked and offered a prediction which failed finally. Mishearing is God`s action which is due to the querist`s Karma (deed). Thus, in everything the divine force will work. God neither gives proper guidance to him nor allows the astrologer to give correct prediction in his case alone, as he was a great sinner and he has to be disappointed in everything, including the prediction of the expert astrologers.”

“One can consult any astrologer. Only when the native and the astrologer have favorable time, the astrologer will be able to give correct prediction to him. But if their time is unfavorable, everything will go wrong and the party cannot have peace of mind. Good actions alone will yield desirable results. Thus, astrology reminds one to do good alone, which will surely offer peace of mind. No where in Christian scriptures, astrology is disapproved. Nowhere it is forbidden. But it warns us to its proper use.”

One can be an astrologer, if one’s horoscope satisfies many of the following conditions

1. Western scholars are of opinion that Saturn and Moon give immense appetite to learn astrology, especially when they are in 1, 3, 9 or 10 Bhava (house).
2. Good aspects and connection between Jupiter, Mercury, Uranus assist one to consider deeply, judge properly and interpret correctly.
3. Mars beneficial aspect to those planets gives the astrologer the argumentative faculty, the desire to succeed in the material field and to lead in all pursuits.
4. Only when Moon and Mercury have harmonious aspects, one can have clear exposition, proper wording, good vocabulary and intuition.
5. Saturn and Mercury forming good aspects in one’s chart give concentration and depth of thought. The native will be exact, precise and methodical. He will be a good mathematician with competence on calculations.
6. Venus conjoined with Uranus can give one the desire to learn astrology. A few may have titles conferred on them, if Venus and Uranus received good aspects from Saturn, Moon and Jupiter.
7. Good aspect to Jupiter from other planets removes worries and allows one to pray to God. One can have the divine grace and intuition.
8. Lords of 2, 9, 11 forming good aspects mutually among themselves and with the great benefic Jupiter will offer the most desirable results to the astrologer and to the consultant.
9. Mercury being the significator of angular houses, Venus as significator of 5, 9 or 2 and Lord of 2 strongly connected with Mercury or venus.

These are some of the combinations given by Shree KSK in his Reader 2 and 3. Let us take up horoscopes of settled and budding astrologers:

Person is born in 1971. He is a well renowned astrologer with many great predictions to his name. Let us see whether he has the aforesaid combinations or not:

1. Mercury is a very strong significator of 4th cusp.
2. Lord of 9 and 11 aspecting each other.

The native is born in 1946. The native is a well respected astrologer and knows the astrology scriptures deeply.

4. Venus being Lord of 5 aspecting 5th house and is aspected by Jupiter.

8. Uranus conjunct Moon.

The native is born in 1978. He is a quack. He fools people in the name of Rahu-Ketu and Mangal Shanti, but knows basic astrology. His profession is astrology, but he does not know much about predicting. He relies on Rahu- Ketu and Mars dosha for his living.

1. The benefic aspect of Jupiter is missing to Saturn, Moon, Venus, Mercury.

Debilitation Of Planets - How Do They Affect Us?

According to Vedic astrology, all planets get exalted and debilitated when placed in a particular sign. Significance is given to such planets, since they decide the delineation of the horoscope with regards to the level of impact in the life of the native. Exaltation and debilitation of a planet simply means that weather the strength of the planet is strong or weak in the birth chart. Any planet exalted in the birth chart means that the planet is very strong and is capable of giving implied results to its maximum to the native. It has got no relevance to the benefic or malefic impact on the native. An exalted planet does not mean that the planet is positive and will give benefic results. Similarly, a debilitated planet does not mean that the planet is malefic and will give negative results. This point may not clearly understood by many laymen and it creates confusion in their minds while analyzing the horoscope.

The basics have been clearly defined in Vedic astrology texts, which gives the exaltation and debilitation points of each planet. It is provided below for easy understanding:

While delineating the horoscope, it is important to determine whether the concerned planet is benefic or malefic in the birth chart. The nature of the planet, house, in which the planet is posited and the Karakatwa play an important role to understand how the planet will behave. The planet will give its result only if it is activated in the Maha Dasha/Antardasha/Pratyantar Dasha transit periods. Hence, all the above factors need to be clearly understood to decipher the result of the debilitated planet.

Example for Aries ascendant, Jupiter is the Lord of the 9th house and 12th house. Jupiter is a benefic planet as it rules the Trikona house. Jupiter is the Karaka (significator) for knowledge. When Jupiter is debilitated due to its placement in Capricorn, it influences the 10th house, house of Karma. When Jupiter is activated in the life of the native, it gives the native high integrity, ethical values, maturity, and disciplined as well as organized behavior at the workplace. However, it causes restriction to the native in rising ahead in his career and achieving a high position. He may be highly knowledgeable, but he may not be able to use his knowledge to its fullest at the workplace. The rulership of Jupiter over the 12th house gives him miserly qualities and sometimes he can make foolish decisions, which put a negative impact on his career, resulting in losses. He would like to work alone and disappears if placed in a large team.

Example for Gemini ascendant, Jupiter is the lord of the 7th house and the 10th house. Jupiter is a malefic planet, as it rules the Kendras. However, if there is a cancellation of the debilitation, it improves the quality of life, which the planet is a Karaka of.

Today is Mother’s Day. Mother, the symbol of love, affection, and sacrifice, is placed above heaven. This is the day to honor and thanks our mothers for their unconditional love and support. Through this article by Pt. Hanumman Mishra, let us know how astrology defines mother.

Ninth house in the Kundali belongs to religion and twelfth house belongs to salvation. Twelfth being fourth from the Dharma house (ninth house), we consider it the house of heaven (the house of Moksha). 

In astrology, 4th house signifies birth place, mother, motherland, etc. Similarly, 5th house is associated with love, affection, and progeny. In the birth chart (Kundali), 12th house is also known as the house of heaven. As 4th house is 5th from the 12th house; therefore, it won’t be wrong to say that 4th house is the house of heavenly love - mother’s love. For this reason, scholars have said that heaven lies in mother’s lap. Even the Hindu god, Lord Ram has called mother and motherland more important than heaven. Because, without love even heaven seems like hell. 

Even astrology favors that mother is above heaven. On this earth, this is the only relation which is free from selfishness & impurity, instead it is completely pure. 4th house is associated with mental peace and calmness. This is also the house of mother, and the pure & true essence of mother’s love eliminates all the mental stress and discomfort. 

Twelfth house of the Kundali also signifies expenditure. In astrology, it is considered as the house for abroad too. In other words, this is the house that indicates your distance from home; hence, giving sufferings. This house i.e. the 4th house is associated with peace because it is the house of mother and mother shares a sweet, cordial, deep, and beautiful relation with her child. The bond that a mother shares with her child is like an ocean of eternal love. Undoubtedly, if one comes to seek help from a mother, he/she need not to express it, as mother knows it all. 

Every mother feels contented when she hears her child calling her ‘Maa’, for the very first time. This feeling is above all the worldly pleasures and desires. The purity of the term ‘mother’, gets confirmed from the fact that Hinduism refers Devi or Goddess as Maa or mother. In Christianity and Islam, Mother Mary and Bibi Fatimah (S.A.) are having a very important place, respectively. Therefore, there is no doubt in the fact that mother is above heaven and heaven resides in her feet. Every mother in this world has equal importance and is equally good. 

To honor mother and to thank her for her eternal love, not just one day, but even a decade is less. However, we celebrate Mother’s Day exclusively on one day; therefore, we offer a huge bunch of warm greetings to all the mothers.

Who Will Be First Chief Minister For “New Andhra Pradesh’’?

The chair of recently formed New Andhra Pradesh ‘Chief Minister’ is waiting for the right candidate. After N. Kiran Kumar Reddy’s resignation, assumptions are being made about the new Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. So, who he/she would be? Let’s unfold the answer with astrologer VGR Pavan.

An enthusiastic political analyst asked me about AP politics. He asked me whether it is possible to predict that who will be the first Chief Minister for recently formed “New Andhra Pradesh”. He had given me four options, according to his study in politics. I have already presented my analysis about presidential elections in this esteemed website. So, I asked him to provide horary numbers for each and every contestant. The following are the names of the contestants and their horary numbers.

Rule

Note down the co-rulers of each and every number, respectively. Make a list of ruling planets at the moment of judgment. Now, see which horary number has most number of ruling planets at the moment of judgment. Person relevant to that horary member has strong possibility to become the winner. I need to confess to the readers that this is only a testing case study. Readers can verify the rule to make it more authentic. This is a snapshot prediction without going in detailed analysis of each seed number.

Application

Following are the names of contestants and their respective horary numbers:

Jagan	97	Sun-Venus-Rahu
Chandra Babu	22	Mars-Sun-Rahu
Chiranjeevi	14	Mars-Venus-Rahu
Vijayamma	115	Mercury-Moon-Rahu

                 

Ruling planets at the moment of judgment are as follows:

Ascendant Star Lord: Saturn

Ascendant Sign Lord: Moon

Moon Star Lord: Ketu

Moon Sign Lord: Jupiter

Day Lord: Sun

Among the above, we have out to include Rahu because he is associated with Saturn.

Therefore, the final ruling planets are Rahu, Saturn, Moon, Ketu, Jupiter, and Sun.

Now, we have to verify which number has most number of ruling planets in it. Here, ‘option 3’ will go, as it has only one ruling planet in it (Rahu).

All the remaining options have two ruling planets in them. Here, we have to think sensibly and select the number which has “powerful ruling planets” in it. We know in KP that planets ruling star & on ascendant or powerful ruling planets than others. Therefore, the number connected with Moon and Saturn will have the strength to give the result. In the remaining options, we find only option that has Moon and Rahu in it. We already observed that Rahu will deputize Saturn; hence, this combination will have the potential to produce a positive result.

After careful analysis, we arrive at the conclusion that option four, which is Vijayamma, will have brilliant chances to become the first Chief Minister of “New Andhra Pradesh”.
