Mars Transit in Libra - 10 November 2019

These Zodiac Signs Need To Be Wary With The Mars Transit in Libra! Read On To Discover The Impact Of This Planetary Position As Per Astrology!

Mars is making its transit through the zodiac sign Libra on 10 November 2019. This planetary movement will diversely influence the 12 zodiac signs, both negatively and positively. Before discussing these effects, let us talk about the planet Mars, or Mangal first.

As per Vedic astrology, Mars is a cruel planet. It is the significator of energy, army, sports, courage, anger, power, bravery, land, and fighting etc. It has lordship over the zodiac signs Aries and Scorpio. Where, on the one hand, it is exalted in Capricorn; in Cancer, it is found in a debilitated state. As for the nakshatras, Mars is the Lord of Mrigashira, Chitra, and Dhanishta.

Implications of The Position of Mars in The Kundli

As per Astrology, a person who has a strongly-placed Mars in his/her kundli will be courageous and energetic. Such natives win wars, or in modern times excel in sports and such. On the flip side, if the planet is weakly placed in one’s birth chart, then such people have to face several challenges. An inauspicious Mars causes fights, disputes over land and property, and other such problems.

On the other hand, it is worth noting that the planet Mars is responsible for Mangal Dosha in one’s kundali. The planet’s position in the first, fourth, seventh, eighth, and twelfth house in a native’s natal chart causes the Mangal Dosha to form in their kundli. As a result, such people have to encounter several challenges in their marriage. Many often have to face a delay in getting married as well.

In order to avoid the adverse effects of the Mangal Dosha and strengthen the placement of Mars in one’s kundli, natives should perform the remedies to appease the planet. Not only do you reinforce the planet’s position in your birth chart, but also attain auspicious results due to them.

Maa Lakshmi is the goddess of wealth. It is only because of her blessings that prosperity flows into one’s life. As a result, one doesn’t experience dearth of money and remains in an affluent state. At the same time, Lord Vishnu is the preserver of this Universe. His benediction helps one to attain great heights of success.

Mythological beliefs state that Tulsi Vivah should not be held in a house where there is no daughter. All the auspicious rituals that take place in Hindu religion are marked by the organization of Tulsi Vivah only.

Tulsi Vivah: Associates Mythological Legends

It is believed that Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati had a third son, who is said to be the beholder of demonic instincts. He believed that his position was over all the Gods and Goddesses. Named Jalandhar, he was married to a lady named Vrinda, who happened to be one of the most prominent devotees of Lord Vishnu. He would repeatedly torment the Gods with his supreme powers, but the deities failed to kill Jalandhar because of Vrinda’s devotion. At last, the Gods approached Lord Vishnu to put an end to Jalandhar and their plight.

While offering a solution, Vishnu gave the advice of robbing Vrinda’s chastity. To do so, he appeared infront of Vrinda as Jalandhar and disrobed her chastity. Only then, all the Gods were able to put an end to Jalandhar. When the innocent Vrinda got to know about this, she cursed Lord Vishnu. Immediately, all the Gods approached Vrinda and pleaded in front of her to withdraw the curse, to which Vrinda obligated immediately. But Lord Vishnu took the form of a stone to attain atonement. This stone is called Shaligram.

Afterwards, Vrinda committed Sati with her husband, Jalandhar and a Tusli plant emerged out of her ashes. Not only this, Lord Vishnu never gave up his redemption and gave the highest status to the Tulsi plant and declared that he won't consume any meal without Tulsi. Afterwards, the Gods revered Vrinda for committing Sati and commenced her marriage with Shaligram. The day on which Tulsi Vivah was commenced happened to be Dev Uthani Ekadashi, which is why Tulsi marriage ceremony is organized every year during Dev Uthani Ekadashi.
