Born on 4th June 1975 under Cancer Ascendant and sign Pisces, Angelina Jolie is in the news due to having a double mastectomy. A double mastectomy is a process in which both the breast of a woman are removed to reduce chances of breast cancer. Is it a right decision? May be, from a medical perspective it is the right decision but from an Astrological perspective it may not be a right decision. To find the Astrological perspective let us analyze her birth chart.

As derived from her Birth Chart, it can be seen that ‘the Lord of the Ascendant, Moon’ is in the 9th house. Here, Moon is under the influence of Mars, Saturn and 6th Lord Jupiter. After doing a detailed study of the Kundalis of different cancer patients, it has been concluded that, Saturn, Mars and afflicted Jupiter has an influence on Ascendant, Ascendant Lord, Sixth House or Sixth Lord. In this particular Kundli, Saturn, Mars and Jupiter has an influence on Ascendant Lord Moon. Also, the fourth Lord is posited on the Venus Ascendant. Operation has reduced the ill effects of aspecting Mars to a great extent. However, before taking such an extreme measure, she should’ve tried curing the significator planets of cancer through Yoga and Ayurveda. But, her upbringing and morals do not tell her to believe in all this; so it is a right decision from her perspective. Even after the surgery, she should still take heed at Ayurveda and Yoga because the fourth house is the most afflicted, which has caused the first effect of cancer. However, Saturn is the Lord of seventh as well as eighth house aspecting the second house through twelfth house. Hence, if proper treatment is not given to her then there are chances that she might develop cancer of mouth and uterus. This condition can come in 2016 and 2019-2020.
