उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् मृत्योर्मुक्षीय माम्रतात् ।।

Om tryambakam yajāmahe sugandhiṃ puṣṭi-vardhanam |
Urvārukam Iva bandhanān mṛtyormukṣīya māmṛtāt ||

Description:


Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, also known as “Tryambakam Mantra” is dedicated to the ‘three eyed Lord’, Lord Shiva. Rishi Markandeya is the discoverer of this Mantra. The Mantra is a practice to elutriate the Karmas (deeds) at a deep level. Divine vibrations are generated with the chanting of Mantras, which ward off all the negativity and provides a protective shield around.
